It’s preferable to get fats from olive oils and nuts as compared to the ones gained from animal products. Add a lot of fruits and vegetables to your diet since these are the main sources of carbohydrates. And by all means, try to avoid junk foods and colas.

Diet alone may not be sufficient nutrient needed by our body.
