Dr G. Rheinschild faces possible disciplinary action and even a loss of his medical practicefollowing accusations that he messed up 3 penis enlargement procedures prior to 2005.

According to media reports, Rheinschild, aged 75, is accused of causing gross negligence in his treatment of these 3 men and of continuing to perform surgery despite demonstrating signs of cognitive impairment.
Discussing his case, Rheinschild’s attorney claims that these allegations against his visual capacity are misleading, as a Judge has already proclaimed that he is not visually incapable of performing surgery. Continuing in his announcement, his attorney believes these complaints are a result of other practictioners endeavouring to destroy his medical reputation, and nothing more.

Have they got reason to complain?

Case Two: Twenty One year old client approaches Dr Rheinschild in 2005. In his witness statementhe reports that Rheinschild’s fingers regularly shook and his memory was forgetful. Five weeks after the $8,000 surgery, the graft stitched onto his penis ripped open and his penis began to curve awkwardly and shorten. After repetitively attempting to get a follow up with Dr Rheinschild – who declined – the client chose to goelsewhere to receive correctivesurgery on his member.

Case Three: Following penile enlargement surgery performed by Dr Rheinschild, customer number 3 repetitively pointed out of pain and a raised mark after skin was removed from his back to create the skin flap. Accompanying this discomfort the claimantnoticed that his penis shaft was bruising. Despite trying to call Dr Rheinschild continually, his phone calls were neverreturned until claimant 3 threatened to take him to the Medical Board.

Will Rheinschild be proscecueted?

Since these reported cases, Dr Rheinschildis noted for having taken part inhundreds of penile enhancement surgeries without complication and as a result, a Judge has ruled against an immediate end of his licence.

Further court cases are scheduled to happen in January 2010.
