Hmm I had never heard of this… I’ll have to give it a try. I’m not sure if berries have the same effect, but they’re also very high in antioxidants… particularly blueberries (highest of any fruit as far as I know).

I totally agree with your comment on the need to be careful when selecting penis enlargement pills. One ingredient that you may want to avoid is Yohimbe or Yohimbine. Though Yohimbe ( principal alkaloid of the bark of the West African evergreen) has been shown to increase sex drive it can cause significant side effects, such as anxiety reactions.According to the Mayo Clinic, yohimbine can be dangerous if used in excessive amounts.

So better stay away from pills that contain this herb.

How can i know? Never tried any pills as such. To be frank there are a lot of medicines made that increase the size of penis. But i am not sure weather it does not cause any kinda bad effects. Good post, need to think upon it a lot.

I can vouch for penis enlargement pills as I was able to increase my penis length by 1.5 inches. But I must admit that I had to do the recommended penis stretching exercises as well.
